Casa IB

This house was the opportunity to test materials that I was not used to combine. The disposition of metal "w" beams and concrete bricks gave me the exact amount of rusticity and precision to achieve this kind of harmony.

The multipurpose free space under the 55m2 loft has no limits, but at the same time it contains a shaded space to feel cool by the pool. More over, the "transparent" balcony filters the exact amount of light for winter asados.

In the interior, the house is very luminous and it has no interior walls. it is only divided by furniture, articulating the almost transparent balcony and the treetops with the inside of the loft.
